Flavor Types & Pairings: Understanding what type of taste you want and balancing those flavors is KEY to a mocktail.

Creating & Storing Simple Syrups: Whether with fruits, flowers or herbs simple syrups add sweetness and balance bitters. We will go over a few types with sweetners for better health!

Design & Aesthetics: How to design a presentation that’s pleasing to the eye & taste buds.

Advanced Techniques: We will learn how to stimulate all of our senses in our mocktail experience and presentation.
